Description

The Peru Library in Massachusetts is a Georgian building that had many uses over the years, being a church, town hall, call center, and now a library.  The library approached the BEC to conduct a Facility Conditions Assessment (FCA) to help prioritize the upgrades for the building and provide a budget with the goal of preserving and stabilize the building.
