Description

BEC has performed Facility Conditions Assessments (FCAs) to the historical Uxbridge Free Public Library that was constructed in 1893.  The intent of the assessments was to determine the existing conditions of the facilities and develop a financial roadmap for the required upgrades.  

The building was assessed, and issues were prioritized by Short and Medium/Long term for planning purposes. BEC developed a 20-year financial plan estimate when components would need to be replaced.
